Thank you very much for your (much appreciated!) invitation to Ludwig! With this document we would like to inform you about our guidelines and the possibilities for making an appointment.  

SPEAKER'S REMUNERATION 

For a speech by Ludwig, we use a target amount of € 350,-, given his experience, expertise and the underlying organization. We leave it up to you to what extent you want to bless and support us in this. 

TRAVEL EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT 

In addition to the speaker fee, a mileage allowance of €0.45 per kilometer applies. Ludwig travels from Eindhoven.  

BOOK TABLE 

We would appreciate it if your organization would offer us the opportunity to present a book table and/or highlight a book during Ludwig's speech.

REQUIRED INFORMATION 

We would like to receive all relevant content and practical information about your meeting. Think of: 

• Subject (if applicable)
• Time of commencement
• Speaking time
• Address and parking
• Contact person and telephone number

SOUND AND/OR IMAGE RECORDING 

We would like to receive the audio and/or video recordings of Ludwig's speech afterwards. We will share these recordings with the supporters of Love & Impact via our social media channels. 

SUPPORT LOVE & IMPACT 

We would appreciate it if you would give us the opportunity to share information about the Love & Impact foundation during the meeting and possibly make an appeal for donors. We would also like to leave our flyers, for example on chairs or at a stand. 

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES 

Ludwig strives to always be present half an hour before the start of the service. Should he be prevented by unforeseen circumstances or illness, we will discuss with you the possibility of rescheduling his speech.  

CONFIRMATION 

Appointments are made via Claudia. The confirmation of data and compensation is always done in good mutual consultation. We are happy to think along with you about the possibilities.
