Love & Impact Foundation is a movement for followers of Jesus who are driven by love from who you are. As a volunteer at Love & Impact, you carry the love of Jesus wherever you go, from your own identity and sphere of influence. We strive for everyone to have a personal encounter with Him.

The Love & Impact training focuses on mobilizing followers to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through charity and the power of the Holy Spirit. Join our foundation and work together with other volunteers. Your contribution matters!

Content manager & Social Media strategist

Online visibility is essential to our success. That is why we are looking for a volunteer to proactively and systematically maintain our beautiful website and various social media channels. You ensure a structured use of these channels to spread our message and increase our reach.

Through all our digital channels we want to inspire, activate, motivate and inform Christians and our Love & Impact Family (existing supporters). As a content manager and social media strategist you ensure that the right content is shared at the right times via the most suitable channel. You play a central role in identifying important communication moments and creating content in collaboration with different teams. You develop a social media plan and execute it independently.

 

The main pillars in our communication are:

Activate and motivate:

Sharing testimonies from daily practice will motivate people to step out and follow these examples. But also think of inspiration from God's Word and what in practice activates people to step out.

Inform:

When there are events, such as our Love & Impact training or City Impact days, you inform the broad group of followers, but also the Love & Impact Family, so that they can be involved.

 

We consider the following skills to be important for the performance of this task:

  • Easily establish and maintain contacts, both online and offline.
  • You know the different social media channels and how to use them effectively.
  • You have experience in creating and following up on a social media plan.
  • You know how to grow our online following.
  • By working proactively, you stay on the ball and know what to do.
  • You are organized and therefore have control over the planning.
  • You motivate people through your enthusiasm.
  • There is always a solution.
  • People can build and trust on you.

    You will work an average of about three hours per week in this volunteer role. At events this may be more, so that you can keep our followers informed on various channels via livestreams.

    Independent PR and Communications Officer

    Online visibility is essential for our success. That is why we are looking for a volunteer who knows how to design the communication material of Love & Impact in a suitable, creative and modern way,  

    So that we Christians, and our Love & Impact Family (existing supporters) inspire, activate, motivate and inform. As an independent graphic employee you ensure that the right content is available on time and is shared at the right moments.  

    You are part of a team that is responsible for the operational matters in the field of PR & communication and the overall graphic design of all communication material aimed at the outside world. And you do this by, among other things, creating templates for presentations and other communication material such as newsletters, designing website and social media material, processing and managing photo and video material, creating folders and promotional materials. You are also involved in the development and maintenance of the website. 

    You know how to maintain and (further) develop all the resources and materials needed to support your function for the work of Stichting Love & Impact in an appropriate, adequate and targeted manner. This allows all materials and resources to be used and deployed in a targeted manner.

    We consider the following skills to be important for the performance of this task: 

    • Being able to think creatively and in a solution-oriented manner. 
    • You know the different digital programs to create beautiful content and you know how to use them effectively. 
    • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
    • Good planning and time management. 
    • Accurate and careful in designing and checking own work. 
    • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.   
    • By working proactively, you stay on the ball and know what to do. 
    • You motivate people through your enthusiasm.

    • Able to translate love and dedication for the message of Jesus Christ into work. 
    • Commitment to the mission and vision of Love & Impact 

      You will work an average of about three hours per week in this volunteer role. At events this may be more.  

      Financial Relationship Management Coordinator

      We are looking for someone who can help us in approaching, building and maintaining our personal following, to support both Love & Impact Foundation and the family of Ludwig and Heike Swinkels, they do this work fulltime and are dependent on donations as a family. Your contribution is essential! 

      You are responsible for managing and recruiting financial partners. You are also co-responsible for coming up with opportunities to involve new partners as part of Love & Impact Foundation.

      Regularly maintaining contact with existing partners is also part of your duties.
